In an announcement, the Jalan-Kalrock consortium, comprising British investor Kalrock Capital Administration and UAE-based entrepreneur Murari Lal Jalan, stated it has moved the Nationwide Firm Legislation Tribunal (NCLT) to fast-track the implementation of its decision plan.
