New Delhi: Energy transmission developer Sterlite Energy on Wednesday stated it has efficiently acquired Fatehgarh III Beawar Transmission Restricted, a particular goal automobile (SPV) from PFC Consulting Restricted (PFCCL).
PFCCL is a completely owned subsidiary of Energy Finance Company Restricted (PFC), a maharatna firm. The challenge was awarded to Sterlite Energy by the tariff primarily based aggressive bidding (TBCB) course of in March 2023.
