Citing the rationale for a similar, the aviation agency mentioned that this happened attributable to a scarcity of time on Sunday and apologised for the inconvenience prompted to the passengers.

Earlier on 19 November, IndiGo operated flight 6E 478 from Amritsar to Chennai through Bengaluru with eight transit passengers on board.

“As a result of delay of the incoming plane from Amritsar, these passengers have been unable to board the onward flight to Chennai on the Bengaluru airport. IndiGo floor workers made each attainable effort to assist passengers make the connection, however attributable to lack of time, they have been unable to board the plane,” the airline mentioned in a press release.
Elaborating extra on the problem, an official mentioned that attributable to operational causes, there was a change in plane for the Chennai flight attributable to which the passengers needed to deboard.
