NEW DELHI : The ministry of company affairs will roll out 56 new web-based kinds in January for numerous reporting necessities beneath the Firms Act that are for use within the revamped model of its MCA21 compliance portal.
An official announcement posted on the ministry’s web site mentioned that 10 out of those 56 kinds can be launched on 9 January 12 and the remaining 46 kinds on 23 January.
To facilitate implementation of those kinds within the revamped model of MCA21 portal, stakeholders are suggested to notice that firm e-filings on the present model of the portal can be disabled from 7 January to eight January for 10 kinds that are deliberate for roll-out on 9 January, the ministry mentioned.
Firm e-filings on the present model of the portal can be disabled from 7 January to 22 January for the 46 kinds that are deliberate for roll-out on 23 January, the ministry mentioned.
Offline funds for the above 56 kinds within the model 2 module utilizing pay later possibility could be stopped from 28 December, the ministry mentioned. The present model of the portal for firm filings will stay accessible for all of the kinds excluding these 56 kinds. Stakeholders could plan accordingly, the ministry mentioned.
Mint had reported on 26 November that the federal government will introduce a brand new system for firm registrations in a month that can exchange submitting over 50 kinds in moveable doc format (PDF) with web-based ones to rework the compliance and statutory submitting structure for companies.
