New Delhi: Lulu Group on Thursday stated it has leased out roughly 6 lakh sq ft area inside its upcoming Lulu Mall in Lucknow that’s set to open doorways to customers within the coming month.
The challenge has over 200 nationwide and worldwide manufacturers in an space spanning over 20 lakh sq. ft. Over 84% retail area of the mall has been leased out thus far, the developer stated on Thursday.
The mall has leased out area to manufacturers reminiscent of Lulu Hypermarket, Decathlon, Starbucks, Nykaa Luxe, Kalyan Jewellers, Costa espresso, and Chili’s, amongst others.
An 11-screen PVR super-plex shall be launched later this 12 months. The mall homes 15 fantastic eating eating places and cafes, and a meals courtroom with a seating capability of 1,600.
“Now we have leased out round 6 lakh sq. ft of area at our upcoming mall at Lucknow. Lulu Lucknow shall be our fifth mall in India. Lulu Lucknow is the most important mall by the group in India. Lulu Group’s different malls are situated in Kochi, Thrissur, Trivandrum, and Bangalore.
