State-owned Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (MCL) has launched a digital reality-based programme to supply security and operational coaching to its 17,000 workforce by 2026, the ministry of coal stated in a press release.
The Coal India subsidiary has earmarked a finances of ₹6.5 crore for ability enhancement amongst coal miners, it added.
