SBI Card and Cost Providers on Monday mentioned its board has accredited elevating of funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹2,500 crore.
The fundraising will likely be in or extra tranches on a non-public placement foundation
“In continuation of our letter dated Could 31, 2022, intimating concerning the Board Assembly to be held on June 6, 2022, we want to inform you that the Board of Administrators of the corporate, at its assembly held as we speak, has, inter alia, accredited elevating of funds by the use of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs. 2,500 crores in a number of tranches, on personal placement foundation,” the corporate mentioned in a submitting.
On Monday, SBI Playing cards shares closed marginally increased at ₹774 apiece on NSE.
