BENGALURU : The Abu Dhabi Funding Authority (ADIA) and Kotak AIF will make investments ₹2,001 crore in 4 residential initiatives by actual property developer Status Group. The funds will probably be used to develop initiatives in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Goa.
This funding marks ADIA’s maiden enterprise into India’s residential actual property market, increasing past its earlier commitments in business workplace areas.

India’s residential actual property market has witnessed a surge post-pandemic, with firms like Status Group, DLF Ltd, Godrej Properties Ltd, and Macrotech Builders Ltd witnessing substantial gross sales development in recent times.
Status Group, which now has presence throughout a number of cities, may doubtless clock round ₹20,000 crore of residence gross sales in 2023-24.
