BENGALURU: Rana George, son of former Karnataka house minister KJ George, has purchased a luxurious residence at Bengaluru’s ‘Kingfisher Towers’, among the many costliest residential initiatives, for ₹35.16 crore at round ₹42,262 per sq ft.
The 8321 sq ft unit on the twenty ninth ground has been bought by Rezwan Razack, joint managing director of Status Estates Initiatives Ltd. The sale transaction was signed on 16 Could, confirmed paperwork accessed by Zapkey, which aggregates publicly obtainable property registration information.
Kingfisher Towers, constructed on 4.5 acre, as soon as housed former liquor baron Vijay Mallya’s ancestral house. The 34-storey skyscraper has round 81 residences in three blocks and a 40,000 sq. ft mansion-style penthouse that was deliberate for Mallya.
